Treat yourself to an unusual stay in a dovecote! All brick, white stone and octagonal, it looks great with its beautiful terrace in the middle of its vast garden planted with apple trees, a superb setting. In the background of this postcard is the Montfort state forest, which may surprise you with a visit from a roe deer at the bottom of your garden, but above all offers plenty of walks through its pines and spruces, as well as along the small surrounding paths. A little further on, the Risle valley, dotted with pretty little shopping villages, leads you to Pont Audemer, a typical little Norman Venice full of character, and why not to Honfleur and the coast, just 40 minutes away. The interior of the gîte is comfortable and pleasant, with a contemporary feel and pretty pastel hues.

Ground floor: entrance to living room with well-equipped, functional kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge: view and direct access to terrace and garden. Storage room and toilet with washbasin. On the 1st floor, a pretty little bedroom in blue-gray tones with a single bed and a view of the garden. Shower room with toilet. On the second floor, the attic double bedroom with exposed beams: 160x200 double bed, armchair and TV. You'll enjoy a 1400 m² private garden with a swing, slide and sandpit, on Pascal's large, fully enclosed property, close to a second, independent gîte.
