In the heart of Petit Andelys, in superb surroundings, you'll fall under the spell of this elegant town house! Imagine standing on the quay, facing the Seine and the grasslands that border it, with the chalk cliffs (classified Natura 2000) on one side, Château Gaillard dominating the other, and behind you, a neighborhood full of character with old houses and small shops. Step inside, and the charm continues: the atmosphere is fresh and welcoming, the decor highlights the half-timbered walls and old beams in soft, pastel hues that the large windows flood with light. You'll feel the spirit of a real family home, where you'll immediately feel at home. Audrey has thought of everything, like this children's bedroom with its small desk, books and lots of games, and focused on your comfort for a cosy interior to match. The courtyard is all yours, enclosed by walls; opposite you, on the quay, is a large communal meadow where you can let off steam.

Ground floor: access via a corridor to an entrance room. This leads to the Opale bedroom (ready from July) with double bed, on the courtyard side. Adjoining room with toilet, washbasin and laundry area. A staircase leads upstairs to the well-equipped kitchen, then to the superb open-plan living area on the Seine side: cocooning lounge and dining room. On the courtyard side, the Ambre bedroom (double bed), then on the Seine side, the Topaze bedroom with its small en-suite shower room. Bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The living room gives access to the upper floor, with the Agathe bedroom on one side (slightly steep staircase) and the Quartz (double bed and 2 single beds) and Jade (double bed and single bed) bedrooms on the other (second staircase); shower room with wc. There's a 25 m² walled courtyard where you can relax or enjoy a meal together (terrace ready in July). Parking is available on the street.
