In this beautiful half-timbered house, Pascaline and Nicolas have planned everything for a memorable vacation: a comfortable, spacious and very pleasant gîte, with a private swimming pool in the heart of a vast garden planted with trees! Located in a quiet hamlet, you'll find everything you need to relax and enjoy the Countryside. Bright and airy, the Holiday cottage opens onto the terrace, and the garden is completely independent. The owners, your neighbors, will give you a warm welcome, and will be happy to advise you on local farm produce, or the nuggets to be discovered in the area: Le Bec Hellouin, listed as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, or the Château d'Harcourt and its arboretum. Plenty of play equipment for young and old, including a petanque pitch, playground, trampoline, table tennis, soccer goal, visit to the goats, and plenty of space to run and exercise! There's also a beautiful outdoor Spa and a barrel sauna for year-round relaxation.

Shower room next to the double bedroom and separate toilet. Baby bed and high chair. Spacious terrace facing the heated Piscine (10x5m, 1 to 2.30m deep) from April to end-October and the large garden: garden furniture, dining area, deckchairs, barbecue-plancha. Private garden of 1000 m² in front of the Holiday cottage, not enclosed, and access to the 8000 m² of the large enclosed property with access to the many leisure activities shared with the owners and the second Holiday cottage, including the beautiful outdoor spa and the 4-seater sauna.
