A charming vacation spot above the superb Marais Vernier and a stone's throw from the Seine River

Welcome to the "Clos du Petit Poirier", a pretty Normandy house with exposed beams in which Clémentine and Aurélie have created a cosy little cocoon, ideal for family stays. The modern, colorful decor, combined with the charm of the old, makes it a warm and welcoming place to stay. Your gîte is at the end of a small lane: follow the apple trees, and you're well on your way to a vacation in the Normandy countryside! Your hosts live in the house just next door, and children will be delighted to go and say hello to the dwarf goats and chickens. You're in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Boucles de la Seine Normande, and the Marais Vernier is a wonderful place to take a stroll. The GR23 and the Seine à Vélo are less than 2 km away, allowing you to discover the Route des chaumières and its superb landscapes. Nearby, Pont-Audemer and the Côte Fleurie are just around the corner, with Honfleur and its old port, or Deauville and its boardwalk.

You enter this detached house through a small veranda that opens onto the large living room with several areas: modern, functional kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with TV and connected speaker. Lovely bedroom with tiled floor, double bed (140x200) and shower room with laundry area and toilet. On the first floor, with its attic, two lovely bedrooms offer a lovely view of the garden: one with a large double bed (160x200) and a shower room with wc; the second with two single beds (90x200) that can be moved closer together on request. You'll enjoy a lovely, private, enclosed garden of around 400m², with a tree house for the little ones; in season, you can go apple-picking in the orchard just opposite. For shopping, you'll find everything in Pont-Audemer, the little Venice of Normandy, but 3km away, you can pick up your hot croissants!
