le Clos du Bourgage

In a pretty village typical of the Seine Valley, Le Clos du Bourgage is an elegant bourgeois house full of charm, perfect for a relaxing stay. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this authentic, relaxed setting. The atmosphere is truly warm: you'll find all the character of this old building, with its antique parquet floors, overmantel fireplaces, half-timbered walls and large windows, enhanced by a decor that brilliantly blends antique family furniture, beautiful materials and contemporary pieces for a chic and very contemporary result... not forgetting Fabrice's little attentions to make your stay a unique moment. The 3-module design of the house means that everyone can enjoy their own independence, with a lovely communal living space where you can get together like in the living room next to the wood-burning stove. The sauna area is a real plus, as is the lovely garden.

The house is totally independent, on 2 levels, and is divided into 3 parts, giving you all the independence you could wish for. On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the studio (beautiful living room, day area and sleeping area with double bed (140x200), shower room with toilet), then to a living room/kitchen area with a convertible sofa (120x200), a bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. Upstairs, you arrive at a lovely space with the large, bright living room: sitting room next to the wood-burning stove, dining area and kitchen, then 2 bedrooms: one with a 160x200 double bed and small desk, and the larger one with a 160x200 double bed and bench (2 x 80/200), plus a desk; shower room with wc. Linen room on ground floor. Wellbeing area with 6-seater sauna in an adjoining outbuilding. The pretty enclosed garden is approx. 400 m², with private parking and, just for you, a lovely garden in front of the Holiday cottage. Also table tennis and bike hire.
