The setting: on a hectare all to yourself, a cluster of charming old thatched cottages renovated using contemporary materials—glass and zinc—for a stunning result. As soon as you enter, you’ll discover the intimate and refined atmosphere: terracotta floor tiles, an antique fireplace, family heirlooms and designer furnishings, fine natural materials, designer tableware, and cozy fabrics are thoughtfully arranged in spacious rooms with a genuine focus on your comfort. The Piscine, the dining area under the pergola, the many games and outdoor spaces in the garden, the unique fitness area in the greenhouse, the foosball table, and Marie’s thoughtful touches complete this idyllic setting. THE MAIN HOUSE: On the ground floor, an entryway; a cozy kitchen-dining room fully equipped with professional-grade appliances, featuring a fireplace and foosball table; a light-filled living room opening onto the garden (with a smart TV and Netflix access); 3 beautiful bedrooms with a choice of twin beds or a double bed (180x200), 2 of which have an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Large bathroom with separate toilet; additional separate toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with two twin beds or one double bed (160x200) and a relaxation and game area (toys and board games). THE LITTLE THATCHED COTTAGE: double bed (160x200) and bathroom with toilet. The entire property, a fully enclosed hectare, offers various spaces: the enclosed courtyard, surrounded by the houses and furnished with lounge chairs; the terrace under the pergola, perfect for al fresco dining (with a griddle); the pool with a Beach area, sun loungers, and a terrace; the play area (swing set, slide, pétanque court, bowling, ping-pong…); the unique fitness area in a greenhouse nestled in the woods, and the peaceful woodland.
