In a charming village in the euroise countryside, calm but dynamic with its shops, this pretty little traditional timber-framed house welcomes you. It's ideal for a couple or a small family: very comfortable, you'll be seduced by its warm atmosphere and decor: Delphine has put all her heart into it, with family furniture, souvenirs and selected objects, in a very contemporary "country" atmosphere with light tones. Children will love the upstairs, with the bedroom on one side and an incredible play area on the other. Other assets: in a cul-de-sac, the 400 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, and the warm welcome of Delphine and Laurent.
On the ground floor, you enter the pretty dining room with its exposed beams and small library, next door, the living room with fireplace, cocoon (with convertible sofa), kitchen, romantic double bedroom (1 double bed 140x200), bathroom, wc. UPSTAIRS: on one side, a small bedroom (1 single bed 90x200 and 1 child's bed), and on the other, a small gaming room for Kids with lots of games and board games. Nearby, the village tennis court and playground with basketball, table tennis, swings and pétanque.

Maison bien située dans la campagne euroise. Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette maison pleine d'histoire. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil. Le soleil nous a permis d'effectuer de belles ballades. De vraies vacances en tout cas.

CelMil Gîte médiocre
Personne ne nous a accueilli, nous avons appris sur place que les propriétaires étaient en vacances donc pas d’état des lieux.
Gîte sale. Voilà ce que nous avons constaté :
- A l’étage la moquette n’a pas été aspirée, un vieux mouchoir jetable traîne sous un des lits.
- Les bouches de la VMC sont très encrassées
- Dans la cuisine : poêle très grasse, crasse sur les prises et le porte éponge, un vieux rangement en métal délabré avec une vieille éponge desséchée. Une crasse immonde entre la gaziniere et l’évier. Équipement défectueux (grille pain) ou absent (micro-onde). Plan de travail, tiroir délabrés.
- Toiles d’araignée dans la maison, bords des fenêtres sales
- Dans la chambre du bas : oreiller à l’aspect très douteux (jaunis + auréole)
- Dans la cour vous êtes filmé mais personne nous a prévenu.
Le devant de la maison n’est très bien entretenu.Les photos ne correspondent plus à la prestation.
Nous devions rester 1 semaine mais sommes partis au bout de 3 nuits.
Nous allons être très peu indemnisés par Gîte de France. Cela va permettre aux propriétaires de remettre tout en ordre et d’investir dans de nouveaux équipements….- Cleanliness
