It's ideal for a couple or a small family: very comfortable, you'll be seduced by its warm atmosphere and decor: Delphine has put all her heart into it, with family furniture, souvenirs and selected objects, in a very contemporary "country" atmosphere with light tones. Children will love the upstairs, with the bedroom on one side and an incredible play area on the other. Other assets: in a cul-de-sac, the 400 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, and the warm welcome of Delphine and Laurent.

On the ground floor, you enter the pretty dining room with its exposed beams and small library, next door, the living room with fireplace, cocoon (with convertible sofa), kitchen, romantic double bedroom (1 double bed 140x200), bathroom, wc. UPSTAIRS: on one side, a small bedroom (1 single bed 90x200 and 1 child's bed), and on the other, a small gaming room for Kids with lots of games and board games. Nearby, the village tennis court and playground with basketball, table tennis, swings and pétanque.
