Cross the little red bridge over the River Iton, enter the cul-de-sac and climb up: you're there! A peaceful, serene place, nature between wood and valley, a superb landscape before you. Muriel has designed this Holiday cottage as a real vacation home, and the result is really nice and welcoming: a swimming pool just for you when the weather's fine, games for young and old, large rooms for everyone to find their own space, including this very large living room where you'll have a great time playing billiards or pinball, listening to the jukebox, relaxing in the living room in front of the fireplace, or in the fully-equipped kitchen with its Godin piano and all the utensils for concocting tasty dishes. Younger guests will be delighted to visit the sheep, donkeys and goats, and you may be lucky enough to spot some deer on the edge of the wood. Ground floor: spacious hallway leading to the large, light-filled living room overlooking the terrace, pool and valley, with a lovely view; offering different spaces, comfortable living room in front of the fireplace, dining room, games room with pool table, pinball machine and jukebox. 2 double bedrooms on ground floor and bathroom with walk-in shower, corner bath and 2 basins. Separate toilet with washbasin. Back kitchen. Upstairs: mezzanine above the living room, with games or relaxation area and 2 double bedrooms. Large terrace with garden furniture, and at the end, the swimming pool, secured by a fence all around; sunbathing. Adjoining Muriel and Raphaël's house, the gîte is completely independent, as you have your own 1500 m² enclosed garden, with heated swimming pool (7.5x3.5m), from mid-May to end-September (opening possible from mid-April, weather permitting). Electricity 22kW. Parties not permitted. 10 people maximum for meals.
