Château de la Motte is a very comfortable holiday cottage perfectly designed to welcome groups, families or friends, in a pretty village on the banks of the Risle. It's a truly spacious gîte, with friendly living areas in the lounge and a characterful reception room with stone walls and exposed beams, as well as spacious, well-equipped bedrooms for 2 to 4 people, each with its own private shower room and toilet. The setting is splendid, on the banks of a river where you can fish (first category) and the GR224, close to the 2000-hectare Forest, and in a wide valley with beautiful scenery, between Pont-Audemer and Brionne. It's the ideal place to spend a carefree vacation with your family! You'll also find all the local shops you need in the village.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance, large, bright living room with convivial lounge area, flexible dining area and small kitchen area perfect for coffee or breakfast (tv and dvd player). Professional kitchen. Lovely room with stone walls and exposed beams (90 m²). Two PMR-adapted bedrooms (double bed in one, double bed and single bed in the other) with private shower room and toilet. WC on the living room side and sanitary facilities (3 WCs and 2 washbasins) on the living room side. 1st FLOOR: 3 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and wc: 2 with 4 single beds, one with 3 single beds. SECOND FLOOR: 3 en-suite bedrooms: 2 with 4 single beds, one with 3 single beds: 2 with a double bed and 2 single beds, the 3rd with 3 single beds. The Holiday cottage's janitor lives in the adjoining house.
Holiday cottage can only be rented as a whole. If you live in the "communauté de communes", please contact the Mairie for reduced rates.
