Situated in the heart of the Eure valley, less than an hour from Paris, we welcome you to an eco-tourist accommodation with bucolic charm. Specially designed for groups, our gîte can accommodate up to 20 people, and up to 35 for receptions. Set in a calm, green and hilly environment, on the edge of a charming village, this farmhouse has been completely renovated to offer you all the comforts you need to feel at home. It's the ideal place to celebrate special occasions, organize training courses, seminars, business meetings or simply enjoy a friendly get-together with family and friends. The added bonus for a moment of pure relaxation: an on-site wellness area with hammam and its rituals (black soap scrub, rhassoul body wrap), wellness massages, etc... Admission to the hammam at a special rate (a private 2-hour time slot will be offered during your stay).

Ground floor: large, bright living room (53 m²) opening onto the garden, with exposed beams and stone walls. Next door: living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with 2 toilets and 2 washbasins, bedroom with double bed, shower room with toilet (PMR-accessible). UPSTAIRS: 5 nicely decorated bedrooms for 2 to 6 people, all with single beds and en-suite shower rooms. 2 WCs and a library area in the corridor. The garden is very pleasant, partly enclosed by walls, with flowers in bloom on fine days. Next door, another play area with a soccer pitch. Table tennis, badminton, pétanque and volleyball courts available on request. Holiday cottage with Tourism and Handicap label (mental and hearing disabilities). Village shops and restaurants. Bank transfers and cheques accepted. Electric vehicle recharging not permitted in Holiday cottage (non-adapted sockets): recharging point 2 km away.
