The small town of Le Neubourg, just 5 minutes away, is a lively place with lots of nice shops, a Wednesday morning market and plenty of leisure activities, including golf, a swimming pool, tennis, quad biking, cinema and the greenway to Le Bec Hellouin, a superb, charming village.

Ground floor: dining room and kitchen opening onto the living room with a wood-burning stove in the magnificent fireplace, bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with toilet, toilet. FIRST FLOOR: 3 bedrooms (1 large with 4 single beds and 2 bedrooms for 2 people (1 double bed or 2 single beds), a small, secure play area for Kids on the landing. Separate bathroom and toilet.
