L'Atelier des ricochets offers you a lovely waterside cottage for your vacations, surrounded by the gentle sound of lapping water and birdsong. Located in a charming village, Pauline & Alexandre welcome you to this old outbuilding, tastefully renovated with respect for the site and its history: a warm atmosphere with an old brick wall and exposed beams that blend so well with the trendy indus' decor and the generous volumes of the full-height living room overlooked by the metal walkway, the work of Alexandre, just like the staircase. The whole place is really comfortable and very bright. In the morning, you can wake up facing the garden and enjoy breakfast by the river, in a very bucolic and enchanting setting. An added bonus: all the shops are on site, so there's no need for a car!

Ground floor: entrance into a warm, light-filled living room, with a sitting area next to the wood-burning stove on one side and a functional, well-equipped kitchen-dining area on the other. Double bedroom with corner shower room and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: 2 spacious, albeit attic bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the 2nd which can be set up as 1 double bed (160x200) or 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Opposite the gîte, you'll find an unenclosed garden of approx. 200 m² bordering the river, which is protected by a wire fence; access is possible to the small neighbouring gîte. 2 bicycles available. Electric vehicle recharging point next door. Good idea for entertainment: a guinguette next door in a very nice brasserie. The superb Lyons forest and its walks, and picturesque villages such as Lyons-la-Forêt and Vascoeuil are just a stone's throw away. Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bathtub, bath seat, deckchair...
