The apartment is on the 1st floor, bordered by a terrace overlooking the garden. The entrance opens onto the spacious, air-conditioned living room with its mansard-roofed ceiling. On one side is the living room with fireplace, library and smart TV, and on the other is the kitchen with its top-of-the-range equipment and comfortable dining area. On the left, 160x200 double bed, armchair, storage space and superb bathroom with bath and shower; separate toilet. On the right, 180x200 double bed, twin on request, large storage space, desk area, armchair and beautiful bathroom with spacious shower; separate wc. On the ground floor, you have access to the billiards room, the fitness area (professional!) facing the garden, and the large sauna. Enjoy your own private, well-kept 300m² garden with dining and relaxation areas, and private access to the swimming pool (17x3-meter swim lane) located a little further out on the estate from May to mid-September, and all year round to the outdoor 4-seater Spa.
