If the origins of the mill can be traced back to those of the Bec Hellouin abbey, the donkey farm enjoys the same idyllic setting. Surrounded by water, set between the millstream and the river in this verdant valley, classified Natura 2000, it is an unsuspected resting place. Tastefully decorated, pleasant and functional, it promises an enchanting stay in Normandy. Flora and fauna in abundance. The sound of running water creates a peaceful atmosphere that enhances the landscape.
The owners will be delighted to show you around their 12th-century mill and bread oven... if you wish. Possibility of attending bread, brioche and tart-making days (dates on request). For cycling and Hiking enthusiasts, the Voie Verte d'Evreux à la Vallée du Bec is nearby, providing a safe route to Le Bec Hellouin, one of France's most beautiful villages.

Ground floor entrance to living area: comfortable lounge with TV, dining area in front of the large south-facing bay window opening onto the terrace, and functional kitchenette. There's a lovely view of the surrounding Countryside. The bathroom is modern with vanity unit, toilet and heated towel rail. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings: the small landing with two single beds leads to a second bedroom with 2 twin single beds and a study area. Take advantage of the pretty, enclosed garden (200 m²), just for you, on the banks of an unprotected river (former mill). To ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible, we invite you to keep an eye on the Kids from the corner of your eye. Outside dining area, real lounge and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather and fresh air. There's also another, completely separate Holiday cottage. The Holiday cottage is equipped with internet access.
