Étienne and Jacqueline welcome you to this charming half-timbered house near their farm in the heart of the Marais Vernier, a natural jewel of unspoilt countryside. Enjoy a gourmet breakfast, with home-made jams and apple juice from the farm. When the weather's fine, you can enjoy it on the lovely terrace, which opens onto a 1000m² garden where you can enjoy the sheep grazing in the neighboring field. A few yards away, a unique birdwatching spot awaits you, just a stone's throw from the Grand' Mare. To continue your journey of discovery of the local natural riches, simply take the GR23, which passes right in front of the house! Along the way, you're likely to come across a number of thatched-roof buildings typical of the area, which have given their name to the famous "Routes des chaumières" (thatched-roof road) that also crosses the region. A real Norman postcard!

GROUND FLOOR: Living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs around the fireplace. Large convivial table where breakfast is served. 1st FLOOR: landing with sitting area and small library with a few books. Chambre La Grand Mare: spacious attic room in beige tones, with a double bed 160X200 and a single bed 90X190, and access to a small private bathroom. For your convenience, there's also an en-suite shower room with toilet. Chambre Verger, designed as a "suite" with a corridor leading to both bedrooms and the bathroom. On the left, a bedroom with a double bed 160X200 and at the end of the corridor, a second bedroom with two single beds 90X200. Bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Chambre fruitier: with double bed 160X200 and en-suite shower room, with private separate wc accessible via the shower room. In the hallway, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Garage for bikes.
