A superb green setting in the middle of the Oison valley, calm and far from everyday stress, this is the setting offered by "la source de l'Oison". Discover this contemporary vacation home, a true invitation to relaxation and conviviality. The interior opens onto a large, light and airy living room, where every element has been designed to create a warm and cheerfully contemporary atmosphere. The bay windows open onto the wooden terrace, creating a perfect fusion of inside and outside. You'll immediately feel at home in this modern yet playful setting. Outside, there's a pétanque court for lively games, an intimate covered outdoor Spa for uninterrupted moments of Wellbeing, and a terrace where sun, laughter and convivial meals can stretch into the evening. There are plenty of winding country roads in the vicinity, including the Moulin Amour.
SINGLE-STORY HOLIDAY COTTAGE: The entrance opens onto a spacious and bright living area featuring a very comfortable living room, a dining area adjacent to the terrace, and an open-concept kitchen that is highly functional and well-equipped. The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 beautiful bathrooms, each with a large walk-in shower and a vanity with two sinks. There is a separate toilet off the bedrooms and a second one off the living area in the laundry room. The living area opens onto a large wooden deck with a view of the Countryside; under a covered pergola and shielded from view (it can be closed off with a curtain) is the 6-person Spa. On the private property, you’ll enjoy a large 600 m² outdoor area, enclosed by fences and hedges. A pétanque court is at your disposal. Ample parking.
Directly across the way, you can enjoy a beautiful enclosed area with a 2,000 m² pond shared by three Holiday cottages.

Andrews Stunning house in a beautiful location
On arrival, the property was even better than we expected. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well appointed to a very high standard.
The owner, M. Mason, gave us a warm welcome and ensured we knew where everything was.
The whole family enjoyed evenings in the hot tub, and sitting on the tranquil desk to enjoy meals.We can't wait to come back again in future. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce gîte ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée. Le logement était propre et bien équipé , ce qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. Le calme des lieux, la beauté des environs et la qualité des prestations ont répond à nos attentes . Mention spéciale pour les petites attentions laissées à notre disposition (produits locaux, informations touristiques, etc.).

Magnifique séjour à la campagne Normande dans ce superbe gîte très spacieux et fonctionnel, grand moment de détente dans le jacuzzy après une journée bien remplie. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire soucieux de votre bien être et très réactif.

Louis D Locaux neufs, cadre très agréable
Séjour très agréable, bon rapport qualité/prix, le propriétaire a été super sympa, les locaux sont neufs, ainsi que l’équipement de cuisine, 2 salles de bain, un jacuzzi, et un petit étang privatif bucolique qui apportent un véritable plus à ce gîte, je recommande !
