A pretty little nest facing a superb park, in a pretty village on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes from Lyons-la-forêt, a listed village.

Beauficel-en-Lyons is a lovely, peaceful little village, with its rolling countryside and winding roads through fields and forest. Anne-Marie has created this charming little nest on her large property, with its traditional old buildings and superb park. A former antique dealer but also an artist, she has created a unique vacation retreat, decorated with passion and attention to detail, and the result is stunning: beautiful antique furniture, antiques, selected colors and clever home creations are all featured in this interior with its beautiful terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams.
The region is magnificent, between the Lyons forest, its villages and castles, and Lyons-la-Forêt, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, full of charm with its market hall, colorful half-timbered houses, terraces and nice little shops.

Ground floor: entrance with checkroom area, bright living room opening onto the rear park and terrace: cocooning lounge, dining area and small kitchen area with all the comforts of a large one. Hallway with laundry area and separate toilet. The staircase leads upstairs to a landing with a study area and a nice little bookcase, to the pretty bathroom with wc and whirlpool bath, then after 3 steps to the large, bright and warm attic bedroom: double bed (160x200) and single bed as a back-up. The gîte is located at the end of Anne-Marie's house, completely independent, with its own private garden of approx. 1000 m² and a landscaped pond (unprotected) overlooking the superb park.
