You're here on almost a hectare of private land, in the heart of a charming little valley, in beautiful Normandy countryside 10 km from Honfleur and the Côte de Grâce.

Ground floor: entrance with checkroom, large living room opening onto the garden and countryside, elegant and luminous, with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area overlooking the river and cosy lounge by the beautiful fireplace. Superb master bedroom with sleeping area (double bed 160x200, closet) and open-plan shower room with large walk-in shower; access to the terrace. Separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing with bookcase and small relaxation area, the pretty little "foliage" bedroom with separable double bed, the very attractive green bedroom with balcony (double bed 160x200), shower room (large shower) and separate wc. You'll enjoy a vast 9,000 m² garden planted with trees and bordered by the little river (unprotected). A generous wooden terrace surrounds the house, and a second terrace is set on the water's edge, facing the countryside. Garden furniture, deckchairs, hammocks and, in fine weather, ping-pong and a portico are available for your enjoyment.
