Alain warmly welcomes you to the heart of the Bec Valley, where you’ll love this lovely little house full of charm, located near the Bec Hellouin Abbey. The village, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, is an ideal spot for a nature-filled getaway, especially thanks to the Voie Verte greenway just a stone’s throw from the holiday cottage, offering beautiful walks or bike rides. You’ll also enjoy a private garden on the large, flower-filled, tree-lined 4,500 m² property, where a small stream flows. Perfect for enjoying sunny days! The location is ideal for exploring Normandy: the Bec and Risle valleys will lead you to the Seine estuary and its unique natural landscapes. Further south, the Pays d’Ouche awaits you for Fishing trips along the Risle, Iton, and Charentonne rivers.
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance into the living area with a kitchenette, dining area, sofa, and TV. Bathroom with toilet. UPSTAIRS: Bedroom with two single beds (Bed 90x190) and a baby bed. Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. Shared garden of 4,500 m², with a private, unfenced area in front of each holiday cottage. An unprotected stream runs through the property, which also features two other holiday cottages for two people (ref. 479 and 623), offering complete privacy and no neighbors directly across the way.

Une adorable petite maison normande, authentique avec ses colombages et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Cadre verdoyant calme et confort. Excellente literie. Batterie de cuisine de grande qualité (inox). Propriétaire très sympathique avec des petites attentions très appréciables. Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable.
Le cadre est incroyablement accueillant et apaisant.
Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et respectueux.
Point de chute idéal pour rayonner en Normandie, vpour aller marcher dans les forêts environnantes ou pour se caler dans un bain de soleil dans le beau jardin du gîte.

Philou Une séjour super sympa au calme
Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce gîte cosy avec ma femme et notre petite fille de 2 ans.
La maison et son jardin entouré d'arbres et de fleurs est top.
Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse absolue.
