You'll feel right at home here, at the end of a peaceful island with breathtaking views. Christophe has designed it as a warm, comfortable cocoon, with a rather contemporary decor blended with antique elements for a lovely result. The great idea: large bay windows in the living area that make you feel inside-outside, with views over the garden and the Seine. The large covered terrace is a further asset, and in fine weather becomes a real extra room, where you can enjoy your meals or relax and play in the outdoor lounge. And why not sit by the summer kitchen in the garden, or on the pontoon near the lapping of the river.
Shops are just 2 steps away in the village, and there's no shortage of leisure activities nearby.

From the large, elevated, covered terrace, you enter the glassed-in living room with views over the garden and the Seine: modern, well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and lounge. A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and TV, then a 2nd bedroom on the upper half-level, with 2 single beds (90x200), offers a superb view of the Seine. Large covered terrace overlooking the river: dining area and relaxing lounge. Reversible air-conditioning. Pod coffee maker. The garden, approx. 400 m², overlooks the Seine and is secured by a fence. You have access to a pontoon where you can sit by the water. There's also a summer kitchen in the garden for outdoor meals, with barbecue. You're almost at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, where small leisure boats cruise on one side and barges on the other. Plenty of leisure activities, including Biotropica animal park. Garage for a small car. Noisy parties are prohibited.
