If you love nature and birdsong, you'll love La Petite Fern! At the edge of the forest, on a hiking trail, this cosy little gîte has a lot of charm: lovely decor blending country spirit, old beams and modern touches. For your winter evenings, the fireplace will be your best ally. Another asset is the covered, heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing! You'll also enjoy a pretty 700 m² garden.
GROUND FLOOR: living room with fitted kitchen, fireplace, bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), shower room (Italian shower), wc. Owners' heated, covered Piscine (open April 26-November 1/pool towels provided). Beds made on arrival. Games (badminton, loan of 2 adult VTC bikes). Numerous sites nearby: château d'Anet 12 km, chapelle royale de Dreux 15 km, Musée du peigne in Ezy sur Eure 10 km, Musée des instruments à vents in La Couture Boussey 15 km. Two coffee makers (one classic and one dolce gusto) and a raclette machine for 2 people are available.

Nathalie Calme et tranquilité
Un grand merci à Michelle et son mari pour leur accueil et pour leur gentillesse. J'ai passé un séjour de rêve dans une très jolie longère toute équipée où rien ne manque entre forêt et jardin magnifiquement entretenu. J'ai profité de la piscine couverte tous les jours avec une eau cristalline à 29°. Le rêve....une belle découverte que j'aurai plaisir à retrouver.

Lilou & JR Un p'tit coin de rêve
Ce gîte est parfait. Il ne manque rien. C'est cosy, on s'y sent très bien. La propriétaire, Mme Bourdonnay, est charmante.
Il y a de belles balades et beaucoup à découvrir dans la région.
Hâte d'être au mois d'août pour y retourner 2 semaines et profiter du grand jardin. Là aussi, en ce qui concerne l'extérieur, tout y est, même les vélos !
Même notre chat Chouchou s'y plaît énormément !

PAT La petite longere
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une petite maison très bien tenue . La propriétaire est très accueillante et aux petits soins pour les locataires. L endroit est calme dans un écrin de verdure. Bonne adresse pour se reposer

famille leblanc retour de vacances
si nous retournons depuis 2012 dans ce havre de paix , c'est que tout y est parfait ; l'accueil , la propreté , le calme , la discrétion et la gentillesse des propriétaires , sans oublier la piscine et la cheminée pour notre bien être !! .Il y a de fortes chances que nous fassions un autre séjour à la Petite Fougères .
