If you love nature and birdsong, you'll love La Petite Fern! At the edge of the forest, on a hiking trail, this cosy little gîte has a lot of charm: lovely decor blending country spirit, old beams and modern touches. For your winter evenings, the fireplace will be your best ally. Another asset is the covered, heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing! You'll also enjoy a pretty 700 m² garden.
GROUND FLOOR: living room with fitted kitchen, fireplace, bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), shower room (Italian shower), wc. Owners' heated, covered Piscine (open April 26-November 1/pool towels provided). Beds made on arrival. Games (badminton, loan of 2 adult VTC bikes). Numerous sites nearby: château d'Anet 12 km, chapelle royale de Dreux 15 km, Musée du peigne in Ezy sur Eure 10 km, Musée des instruments à vents in La Couture Boussey 15 km. Two coffee makers (one classic and one dolce gusto) and a raclette machine for 2 people are available.

Lilou Un p'tit coin de rêve
Nous avons séjourné à la Petite Fougère du 20 au 27/04/26. Ce n'est pas la première fois et comme toujours, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte de charme, dans un écrin de verdure. Il a fait beau et même très beau certains jours. Le jardin étant à l'abri du vent, nous avons pu déjeuner dehors presque tous les jours. C'était trop bien !

YMB Séjour au calme à la campagne

Lilou Un p'tit coin de rêve
Nous sommes arrivés le 24 décembre et nous avons eu la surprise de voir le jardin joliment décoré par Mme BOURDONNAY. Elle avait même pensé au sapin de Noël à l'intérieur! C'était vraiment gentil.
Ce que j'apprécie particulièrement aussi, c'est la cheminée, tellement agréable.
Comme d'habitude, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
