A lovely little corner of the Countryside just above the picturesque Risle valley, with fields as far as the eye can see and the Beaumont Forest just a stone's throw away. To make the most of it, Lydie and Alain have converted this pretty traditional house, making it as comfortable and pleasant as possible. And the result is there! It really is a cosy little nest, elegant, warm and well cared for. Quality is omnipresent and the whole is spacious and bright; each room has its own shower room. Not to mention the warm welcome you'll receive: top-notch! You'll enjoy a vast wooded garden with lots of games for young and old, a lovely terrace with relaxing furniture and a beautiful view over the Countryside. Just a stone's throw away, you'll find two charming villages: Beaumesnil, with its superb Louis XIII château and vegetable garden, and La Ferrière sur Risle, with its charming market hall. For a touch of the exotic, Alain can take you there in a classic Jeep, 2CV or Traction!

Ground floor: terrace-side entrance to the living area: modern, well-equipped kitchen, garden-style dining area and warm, English-inspired living room. Master bedroom (160x200 bed) with en-suite shower room and direct access to the garden. Separate toilet in hallway with washbasin. Upstairs, you'll find a large landing with a pleasant relaxation area, sofa and play area for Kids. The small attic bedroom is nonetheless pretty and functional, with a double bed (160x200), a colorful shower room overlooking the fields and a dressing room. There's also an outbuilding with a garage for motorcycles and bicycles. The large 1400 m² garden is enclosed on the street side, but not entirely on the side. Bicycles available (3 for adults and 2 for Kids), portico with slide, pétanque (adults and Kids), table tennis, skittles and badminton. Classic car rides with Alain (€10/adult).
