A charming little spot in the Countryside just above the picturesque Risle Valley, with fields stretching as far as the eye can see and the Beaumont Forest just a stone’s throw away. To make the most of it, Lydie and Alain have renovated this lovely traditional house, designing it to be as comfortable and pleasant as possible. And the result speaks for itself! It’s truly a cozy, elegant, and warm little nest, meticulously maintained. Quality is evident throughout, and the whole place is spacious and bright; each bedroom has its own bathroom. Not to mention the welcome you’ll receive: top-notch! You’ll enjoy a large, tree-lined garden with plenty of games for all ages, a beautiful terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, and a lovely view of the Countryside. Just a stone’s throw away are two charming villages: Beaumesnil, with its superb Louis XIII castle and heritage vegetable garden, and the charming village of La Ferrière-sur-Risle, with its market hall and Sunday morning market. For a touch of the exotic—as an optional extra—Alain can take you there in a classic car: a Jeep, a 2CV, or a Traction!

On the ground floor: entrance off the terrace into the living area, featuring a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a garden-style dining area, and a very cozy living room with English-inspired decor. Master bedroom (160x200 bed) with its own bathroom (large shower) and direct access to the garden. Separate toilet in the hallway with a sink. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious landing with a cozy relaxation area, a sofa, a play corner, and a library for the kids. The bedroom, though small and with sloped ceilings, is nonetheless charming and fully functional; it features a double bed (160x200). A colorful bathroom with a view of the fields and a separate walk-in closet. There is an outbuilding with a garage for motorcycles and bicycles. The large garden, 1,400 m², is fenced off from the street but not entirely on the other three sides (Normandy-style hedges only). Bicycles are available (3 for adults and 2 for Kids), along with a playground with a slide, pétanque sets (for adults and Kids), ping-pong, skittles, and badminton. Vintage car rides with Alain (€10/adult). Baby Equipment available upon request (high chair, booster seat, changing table, Umbrella bed, and stroller).
