This cosy little house with its garden and pontoon on the banks of the Seine is one of those places you'd like to keep a secret! Set on an island for an even more picturesque setting, it's a haven of peace where you can relax and recharge your batteries for a moment that's all your own. Step through the front door and you're home: Aurélie and Mathieu have designed this chalet with heart, attention to detail and your comfort in mind. The result: a cocooning interior with light colors and a "nature" ambiance, well-thought-out living spaces, top-notch bedding, a sauna for a wellness break, and the real plus, a view of the Seine from the bay windows in both the living room and bedroom. The garden and terrace are also entirely river-facing, so you can dine al fresco, play games, chat or take a siesta in the garden with a view of the passing barges and swans! Two bicycles are at your disposal, perfect for running errands in Saint-Pierre or strolling along the river.

Access from the raised terrace (4 steps) at the entrance to the Holiday cottage: open-plan living area facing the garden and Seine with lounge (sofa bed, connected TV with access to Netflix, Canal+, Spotify and Amazon Prime), well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Small bedroom with direct access to the terrace and garden: 160x200 double bed. Bathroom with toilet. A miller's staircase leads to a low-ceilinged mezzanine with 2 single beds. The outdoor area, approx. 250 m², comprises a parking area on the street side and a garden overlooking the Seine (fenced and gated). You have access to a pontoon where you can sit by the water. Garden furniture on the terrace, deckchairs, 2 adult bicycles available.
You'll be well placed to discover the region's incredible landscapes around the Seine and its many leisure activities: Hiking, Piscine, horseback riding, canoeing, a bird sanctuary less than 10 km away and Biotropica, a wildlife park. Shops 1.5 km away.
