Martine and Pierre warmly welcome you to this comfortable, friendly family home, where you'll find a large garden with a real kitchen garden just for you in season, as well as a berry patch and an orchard where you'll be delighted to pick your own grapes. There's a whole farmyard on site, with chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese and quail to welcome Kids.
You'll love the proximity of the region's many leisure activities: wildlife park, Base de loisirs, golf, kayak course, climbing with zip-line descent, caving, mountain biking and Hiking. Plenty of games are also available.

On the first floor, the entrance hall leads to the beautiful kitchen-dining room on one side and to the living room with library on the other. Also on the ground floor, a shower room with large walk-in shower, a practical laundry room and separate wc. Upstairs, you'll find the 4 bedrooms, all facing the Seine with lovely views: 2 large bedrooms with double beds, one with 2 single beds and the last one for babies with cot and changing unit. You'll also enjoy a large, fully-enclosed 900m² garden with a vegetable patch, a pétanque court and the orchard at your disposal in season; games available: badminton, skittles, jokari, diabolo. A visit to the animals is possible for those who wish. The GR2 footpath passes 200m away.
