You'll love its large garden, with a real vegetable garden just for you in season, red fruits and an orchard where you can graze with pleasure. A whole farmyard on site: Joséphine the goat, chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese and quail will be delighted to welcome children.
You'll love the proximity of the region's many leisure activities: animal park, leisure center, golf course, kayak course, climbing with zip-line descent, caving, mountain biking and hiking. Plenty of games are also available.

On the first floor, the entrance hall leads to the beautiful kitchen-dining room on one side and to the living room with library on the other. Also on the ground floor, a shower room with large walk-in shower, a practical laundry room and separate wc. Upstairs, you'll find the 4 bedrooms, all facing the Seine with lovely views: 2 large bedrooms with double beds, one with 2 single beds and the last one for babies with cot and changing unit. You'll also enjoy a large, fully-enclosed 900m² garden with a vegetable patch, a pétanque court and the orchard at your disposal in season; games available: badminton, skittles, jokari, diabolo. A visit to the animals is possible for those who wish. The GR2 footpath passes 200m away.
