La Maisonnette

Welcome to La Maisonnette, the adorable "3 nests fleuris" gîte. This small, traditional brick and half-timbered house offers real comfort, but also warmth and well-being, thanks to its successful, soothing decor. It's completely independent, with a lovely private garden opening onto the countryside, and all the furniture you need to relax and enjoy it. Marianne, Jérôme and the children will give you the warmest of welcomes and guide you as you discover this beautiful region of the Eure valley, just a stone's throw from Evreux. Garden fans will be delighted by a visit to Marianne's garden, where she'll tell you all about her superb rose garden and other hydrangeas.

Entrance into the lovely living room with its cosy lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, with views over the garden and countryside beyond. Upstairs, the attic bedroom, elegant and cosy to a fault, with a separable 180x200 double bed, and a small but well-designed shower room with toilet. The garden (approx. 300 m²) is private and not enclosed. There's plenty to discover in the surrounding area, including the Eure valley, Evreux and the banks of the Iton, and canoeing and accrobranches nearby.
