An adorable little house in the heart of Petit Andely, a charming village on the banks of the Seine: you too will fall under its spell! In the cul-de-sac leading to Château Gaillard, it's ideally located, just a stone's throw from shops and restaurants. The interior is full of character, with beams, exposed half-timbering and terracotta floor tiles, but it's also bright and comfortable: Fifties decor in the living room, retro in the kitchen, soft and light in the bedrooms. The surprise: a real garden just for you, just the way we like it, with its little nooks and crannies, its vegetation, its flowers and scents, its space for playing, deckchairs for resting... and a beautiful view of the bell tower, the chalk cliffs or the château just above. There's also a pretty little walled courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining. And Les Andelys is just a stone's throw away: swimming pool, tennis court, park with games, walks along the banks of the Seine or hiking the GR2 ... leave the car and enjoy!

On the ground floor, you'll enter the living room, with its floor tiles, exposed beams and fifties-style furniture. Separated by half-timbered walls, one side is the living room, the other the dining room. Access to the small walled courtyard at the rear. Small kitchen with old-fashioned charm and modern equipment: it also opens onto the courtyard with its dining area. Shower room with toilet and 2 basins. There's also a pretty powder-pink bedroom with separate shower room and wc; 3 steps separate it from the kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find 2 interconnecting bedrooms, the first of which opens onto the living room; they're cute with their old parquet flooring and exposed roof timbers, attic ceilings but bright: 2 single beds in one and double and single beds in the other. The garden is approx. 300 m², fully enclosed. Petanque and board games.
