Beneath its contemporary furnishings and warm decor lies a pilot eco-lodge: you'll be amazed by its astonishing glass envelope! In addition to this special feature, you'll be staying in a spacious, highly functional Holiday cottage with spacious living areas and spaces that are truly adapted to your tribe. On the garden side: a large terrace, a vast space to play and let off steam, unless you prefer a siesta under the apple trees; view of the remarkable 17th-century Château de Beaumesnil (a must-see, amid its moats and French-style gardens). Next door, past the orchards, you'll find the conservatory kitchen garden and its store selling seasonal vegetables and organic processed products, from spring to autumn.

Entrance on the ground floor, on the parking side, into the large, attractive kitchen with its central island and view of the château. Next door, the lovely living room, bright with its bay windows and warm with its earthen walls and wood-burning stove; two real spaces: the living room and the dining room, ideal for large family meals! A beautiful bedroom with two single beds and a shower room with toilet, accessible for disabled people. Sanitary area with 2 toilets and a back kitchen that's equally spacious and practical. Upstairs, four bedrooms, two double with two single beds each, and two large four-person bedrooms with four single beds each, two shower rooms and two toilets. The 1500 m² garden is partially enclosed. A large parking area is also available. For babies: two high chairs, a changing table, a deckchair and a baby bed with bars. Garbage sorting is compulsory. Failure to do so will incur a charge of €100.
