A really nice address just outside Evreux, on the edge of a small village and the Forest. This pretty contemporary house offers you a room with a modern feel, independent thanks to its outside access, with a garden area and terrace just for you, with garden furniture for a little coffee in the sun and deckchairs for relaxation. Another plus: a private sauna! Anne Sophie and Goulven warmly welcome you and serve a gourmet breakfast in their living room, in your room or in the garden on sunny days. The setting is rural, from the garden with its vegetable patch, young orchard and chickens, to the surrounding countryside, with direct access to the Forest or Countryside: with a bit of luck, you'll see pheasants or roe deer right at the bottom of the garden! Between Evreux and the Eure valley, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to activities, leisure and sightseeing.

The bedroom/studio is located on the first floor with outside access, and is completely independent. It features a 160x200 double bed, a small dining area with flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals. Private bathroom with toilet and private Sauna. Breakfast is served on a tray. You can have breakfast in the living room, your bedroom or outside, in the large 2000 m² garden or on the terrace.
