La Maison Bellevue, that's all there is to it... From the gîte you have a lovely view over the valley! Ideal for family vacations, you'll enjoy this lovely, spacious house, full of character and very comfortable. Inside, you'll find beautiful living rooms, the character of old walls and a warm, contemporary atmosphere. On the leisure side, children have a choice of indoor board games, and in the garden there's a portico with a slide and a trailer-style hut. In fine weather, the garden and three terraces will enhance your lunches or dinners... or your shady siestas! There's a common room in the garage with table soccer, darts and lots of outdoor games, and a ping-pong table in the hangar. There's also a pétanque court and a soccer pitch with goals.
Between the Seine and Eure valleys, there's no shortage of opportunities to explore the region's tourist attractions.

Ground floor: entrance, large, bright living room with fireplace overlooking the garden with its superb view; on 2 levels: 2 lounges, a lovely dining area for the whole tribe and a real play area for the kids. Spacious, modern kitchen opening onto the terrace. One bedroom with double bed; separate shower room and toilet. Laundry room and large storage cupboards at the entrance. On the 1st floor, a landing with small bookcase leads to 3 bedrooms and a shower room: the pink one with 2 single beds 90x200, the gray one with 1 double bed 160x200 and the blue and yellow one with 2 single beds 90x200. Four steps lead up to the 2nd floor, where you'll find the triple bedroom (3 beds 90x200), the blue bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 and the violet bedroom with double bed 160x200. Bathroom with double washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet, plus separate shower room with heated towel rail and toilet. Large enclosed garden of 2000 m².
