A superb address! Sophie and Christophe have designed this charming gîte with attention to detail and your comfort in mind. The result is a truly successful vacation home, elegant with its Mansard roof, warm atmosphere and "country chic" decor: brick walls and floors, parquet flooring, 19th-century fireplace in one bedroom, light colors, natural materials and antique decorative elements. Completely independent, the gîte is situated on the edge of the old farmhouse, with a partially enclosed garden of almost 1 hectare: plenty of space to stretch your legs or enjoy the games on offer! Unless you'd like to go further afield, down the country lanes. The beautiful Vexin Normand region, between Lyons-la-Forêt and its magnificent beech forest, and Les Andelys and its banks of the Seine. Sophie and Christophe will be delighted to talk to you about their produce and the farming profession.

Entrance to the ground floor through the kitchen, on the garden side. Very well equipped, it's functional and very pleasant, with a lovely view of the countryside and garden. Next door, a lovely, warm and cocooning living room, luminous because of its double exposure, with a really comfortable sitting area in front of the fireplace and the dining room. A double bedroom (160x200), private bathroom with large shower and direct access to the garden. WC with washbasin. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 large and bright with a 180x200 double bed that can be separated if required and a 90x200 single bed, the 2nd with the same double bed that can be separated; with parquet flooring, they are very charming and offer a lovely unobstructed view of the countryside. Spacious bathroom: bath with shower area, toilet and changing table. Large garden and covered shed with games: table tennis, pétanque, croquet and swing. Nearby, a local produce distributor run by Sophie. Gaillon train station is 20/30 minutes away.
