The vast garden, planted with trees just for you, will be a real extra room in fine weather, perfect for stretching your legs, enjoying meals in the fresh air or a well-deserved moment of rest.
You're between Harcourt, a charming village with its medieval castle and arboretum, the exceptional Champ de Bataille castle (with golf course) and the village and abbey of Bec Hellouin.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR: you enter into the bright, well-equipped kitchen-dining room; next door is the large, cosy living room with its study area and fireplace, a bedroom on one side with double bed and TV, and 2 communicating bedrooms on the other with a large double bed in one and 2 single beds in the other (also a crib). Large bathroom with 2 washbasins and bathtub accessible from both bedrooms; separate laundry room and toilet. For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided, and beds are made for your arrival. The gîte is totally independent, with a large private garden of over 5000 m² adjoining the farmhouse.
The "voie verte" is just down the road, 1.2 km, and the small town of Le Neubourg is perfect for all your shopping and leisure activities: swimming pool, cinema, golf.
