The magic of the place already lies in its history: we're on the edge of the Chemin de Ronde, on the ancient ramparts of Nonancourt, next to a thousand-year-old tower, at the gateway to Normandy. Nicole and Robert have transformed this former barn into a charming vacation home, warm and welcoming, with Wellbeing in mind. They have preserved all its authenticity, enhanced by a decor that blends the contemporary with the old, with great taste and attention to detail. The garden is a real little cocoon, enclosed by walls and open onto the magnificent view: lounge chairs and deckchairs for you to enjoy. When the weather's fine, the walled-in swimming pool area and outdoor shower are just around the corner, ideal for relaxing and playing.

Entrance into the bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen (multi-function steam oven), dining area and lounge. There's also an independent toilet and a linen room. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to 2 bedrooms with double (160x200) or twin (2 beds 90x200) beds, a study, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate wc. On the ground floor, the bay window gives access to the superb south-facing terrace where garden furniture and deckchairs await you. Below, the walled garden (approx. 150 m²) is just for you. Next door, the Piscine shared with the owners (8x5m above-ground, heated, open from mid-May to September 30). No need for a car, everything's within easy reach: shops, restaurants, train station.
