Lovely vacation home with indoor swimming pool heated all year round!

Pretty little country lanes lead you to this former barn converted into a lovely vacation home, all geared to leisure and Wellbeing. The design is really cool, contemporary with large bay windows that let the light in, comfortable and cocooning, with a resolutely contemporary decor that has skilfully preserved the traces of its history: beams, bricks, old workshop and "trendy" accessories for a real touch of originality. When it comes to leisure activities, Julien has thought of everything, for everyone: a superb indoor swimming pool, heated all year round and available just for you from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., a sauna, bicycles and plenty of games: a swing, a cabin, a trampoline, badminton, table tennis and a pétanque court. The garden is very pleasant, opening onto the surrounding fields, with a large terrace where you'll spend some convivial moments. There are plenty of gems to discover in the surrounding area: Le Bec Hellouin, the castles of Harcourt, Champ de Bataille and Beaumesnil.

First floor: entrance into a warm and inviting living room with dining area, kitchen and lounge, opening onto the terrace through large bay windows. A bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a bathroom with toilet (Italian shower and elegant vanity unit). Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a mini-dormitory with 4 single beds (90x200). Bathroom with toilet: corner bath and double washbasin. The large, fully enclosed garden of 3000 m² is shared with the owners, but you have a large private area of around 600 m² in front of the gîte. The swimming pool is located in an outbuilding and is heated all year round (open from 10am to 7pm, or longer on request). A 4-person sauna (infrared) is available on reservation. Bicycles are available free of charge for exploring the nearby footpaths and greenways. Conches en Ouche is just around the corner.
