This elegant manor house is perfect for groups, families or friends: beautiful, comfortable spaces where everyone can find their place, a warm atmosphere in soft, contemporary tones, fabulous views of the Seine or the cliffs on the other side, a beautiful terrace overlooking the very large, fully enclosed garden, ideal for games and siestas! A real plus for this superb address: the banks of the Seine and its towpath are accessible from the property. There are also plenty of beautiful walks in the vicinity, such as the GR2 (150m away) or to the locks, as well as many tourist attractions in this sumptuous Seine valley.
Ground-floor entrance with checkroom, large living room opening onto the terrace and large garden (4,000 m²), with cosy living room in front of the fireplace, large dining room table for all the family and very functional, well-equipped kitchen with bar and stools; practical laundry room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 3 lovely double bedrooms overlooking the Seine, bathroom with shower and small bathtub, separate toilet. 2nd floor: 2 lovely attic bedrooms with exposed beams (2 single beds in each) and a large landing converted into a relaxation area; shower room with wc. In an annex, a common area for the 3 gîtes with table soccer and table tennis. Petanque court on site.

Michèle Tout près du paradis!
C'est toujours le même enchantement pour petits et grands, entre colline et bras de Seine, dans une maison spacieuse et tout confort. Outre le site riche en promenades, les enfants pouvaient jouer à l'abri dans un vaste local mais aussi dehors sur les pelouses. Un autre gite, sur le même domaine, a permis des retrouvailles avec des amis. Grand merci à Jean-Pierre dont l'accueil a été, une fois de plus, plus que sympathique.

Jim The best yet
Having holidayed in France each Summer for 10 years, this stay was the best yet. The house is beautiful, well maintained and clean. The location is superb for the river, local towns and activities - particularly the lake at Lery-Poses.
The host was excellent, very relaxed and pleasant.
We hope to stay again.

Flo Une belle découverte
Nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans le gite de Jean Pierre. Sont accueil était super, il nous a raconté l'histoire de cette belle rénovation. Le gite est très confortable et bien pensé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Les alentours permettent de belles balades sans avoir à prendre la voiture c'est vraiment agréable. Je recommande vivement ce gite.

ISA LA FERME DE CANTELOUP
Séjour très agréable, location très propre et bien agencée. De nombreuses ballades à faire à pied ou à vélo depuis la location. Le propriétaire est très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
