La Granch' has been designed as a place to meet and share in the heart of a picturesque village, offering you a true, authentic and convivial stay. Gaëlle and Jean-Mickaël, passionate about ancient heritage and nature, warmly welcome you and share their passion and knowledge of this superb little corner of Normandy: in the village, the Château d'Harcourt and its arboretum, with an illuminated trail in winter, 6 km away the incredible Château du Champ de Bataille, or 9 km away the listed village and abbey of Bec Hellouin, which you can reach via the voie verte. The three Bed and breakfasts are located in an elegant half-timbered outbuilding, renovated to a very high standard and with an ecological approach: local and natural bio-sourced materials (earth, wood, flax flakes, terracotta, hemp), second-hand or "home-made" furniture, natural management of the garden in terms of biodiversity with beehives, LPO refuge. And it feels great! You'll enjoy a very pleasant living space where you can settle in as you please. The decor is creative and original, both soft and colorful, the atmosphere comfortable and cozy, even playful for the family room: a real favorite! The breakfasts are gourmet, based on home-grown or local produce.

On the ground floor of the outbuilding, you'll find a spacious, convivial living room with a view of the garden, books and board games, a flexible dining area and a kitchen where you can prepare your own snacks. The "Accord parfait" bedroom, on the ground floor, offers independent exterior access from the terrace and direct communication with the living area: terracotta floor tiles, half-timbered walls and earthen plaster, "atelier" glazing and musical inspiration; double bed (160x200), desk and a shower room, separate wc. Upstairs, a landing with a small sitting area leads on one side to the "A bicyclette" bedroom with parquet floor, earthen walls and half-timbering, rattan, antique furniture; double bed (160x200), desk and shower room opening onto the bedroom; separate wc. And on the other side, the large "A tout trèfle" family room: original and colorful, it offers an entrance area with study separated by the preserved roof frame and 3 steps from the night area with double bed (160x200) and sunken alcove with 3 single beds (quality futon beds); shower room with wc. Attractive terrace opening onto the wooded garden, with furniture for relaxing and dining. Games available: trampoline, swing or skittles on site, or fitness trail, pétanque and playground in the village. Voie verte Evreux/le Bec Hellouin 1.9 km away. Parking is available next door, but is also possible on the property.
