In the heart of the Vexin region of Normandy and its superb open countryside, the former village school of Heudicourt is now a spacious and welcoming vacation home. Decorated with great taste and refinement in a fresh, pleasant atmosphere, it has character thanks to a skilful enhancement of its architecture: stone fireplace, terracotta floor tiles and old tiles with cabochons, elaborate woodwork, oeil de boeuf, superb exposed framework. The Holiday cottage is extremely comfortable and well-equipped, and promises a most enjoyable stay with family or friends, thanks in particular to a large garden that's all yours, beautifully flowered and opening onto the meadows. Bonus: on request from the owner, you can visit the château's park, a charming stroll in this typically French design, or take advantage of the Tennis court.
The region is full of surprises to discover, between majestic Forest and fields or typical villages like Lyons-la-Forest.
Ground floor: entrance facing beautiful staircase, large, light-filled living room opening onto the garden with kitchen, dining room and sitting room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160 cm double bed, 2 x single beds), bathroom with shower and bath, wc, small relaxation area. UPSTAIRS: 3 attic bedrooms, one of which is very spacious with sitting area and small bathroom: 2 with 160x200 cm double beds and the third with 2 single beds; separate bathroom and toilet. There's also a small Kids or baby room. You'll enjoy a lovely 1500 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, with outdoor games: table tennis, swing and slide on site. The owner also has a tennis court (200 m away).

Charmante école reconvertie en gîte, beau séjour/cuisine/salle à manger avec son feu ouvert. Les chambres sont belles et joliment décorées. tout était parfait, le propriétaire est vraiment gentil.

Isa Heureux séjour en famille à La Goupillère
Ce fut un merveilleux séjour à La Goupillère, maison chargée d'histoire (ancienne école), pleine de charme (décoration personnalisée), bénéficiant d'un environnement exceptionnel avec le château tout proche (et les atouts de son parc, en sus du jardin de la maison).
La maison est bien équipée pour une vie de famille, y compris avec des enfants.
Accueil extrêmement gentil et de bonne volonté de la part du propriétaire, qui fait de son mieux.
Juste une petite suggestion d'amélioration : les volets du rez-de-chaussée auraient besoin d'une reprise.
Mais cela n'entache en rien le beau souvenir de ce séjour.

Charles Très bon séjour dans un gîte magnifique
Nous avons passé une très belle et agréable semaine à La Goupillère.
Le gîte est spacieux et confortable, bien équipé et magnifiquement aménagé et décoré.
Le jardin est agréable et adapté aux enfants.
Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec Giverny et avec le village de Lyons-la-Forêt.

Nicolas Super séjour
Les séjours dans les gîtes de M. Estève à Heudicourt sont toujours aussi bien. C'est la première fois que nous séjournions dans le plus petit des deux gîtes. Il est très bien pour une famille de 10 personnes. Tout est soigné et l'ensemble a beaucoup de charme.
