This authentic farmhouse and its surroundings offer you a stay with a distinctly Norman flavour! From lane to lane through the fields, you'll arrive at the Ferme de Gouy, with its endless pastures, woods, grazing orchards and neighboring cows. This traditional house offers you the charm of the past in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a family country house, with its sometimes quaint atmosphere. You'll love coming back from walks by the fire, playing games in the garden, enjoying meals together in the fresh air and strolling along the surrounding paths.
In the village, the GR23 takes you to the Marais Vernier, an incredible nature reserve where you can discover the flora and fauna of the marshes. You're also very close to Pont Audemer, the little Venice of Normandy, and the seaside with the superb beach of Deauville, 40 minutes away, or Honfleur, only 30 minutes.

Ground floor: modern kitchen, cosy living room with fireplace, dining room: these 3 rooms have direct access to the garden; bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet. A large hallway gives access to the first floor, which offers 3 large attic bedrooms, each with a superb view over the Countryside: 2 single beds in the first 2 bedrooms, a 160x200 double bed and a desk in the back bedroom. Separate shower room and toilet. A large, partially enclosed garden of over 1000 m² surrounds the Holiday cottage, with garden furniture, mollky and badminton. Pets are welcome. For shopping, you'll find everything in Pont-Audemer, 8 km away, as well as for leisure activities: Golf, Piscine, Fishing, Tennis or Cinema.
For longer stays, a second Holiday cottage is located on the same property (ref.785 for 10 people). Estimated cost of heating: between €20 and €40 per day.
