Come and take a breath of fresh air and nature at Ferme de la côte, at the confluence of the Eure and Seine rivers, on the edge of the Forest de Bord and a stone's throw from the ponds of this magnificent Seine loop. Step through the superb entrance gates and take a plunge back in time: the origins of this property, a former farm, date back to the 17th century, and the property has great charm with its white stone, brick and half-timbering. Just like this Holiday cottage, restored and fitted out by Jean-Marc, who has preserved the house's soul: you'll find timber framing and exposed beams, the old bread oven and its brick wall, as well as furniture found in local flea markets or reinvented thanks to home-made finds. The result is warm and welcoming, comfortable and well-equipped. Your host knows the area inside out and will be delighted to advise you on your outings. Visit the heritage sites of Pont de l'Arche or Poses, the nature reserve or Biotropica.

Entrance on the ground floor leads to the dining room with fireplace. Next door, after a few steps, is the well-equipped kitchen, housed in the old bread oven. On the other side, two more steps lead down to the bright, comfortable living room (TV). On the second floor, the Bird Room offers a double bed (160x200) and a superb view over the valley. There's also a "nature" bedroom, with a double bed and the same great view. Bathroom with double vanity unit, large shower and washing-machine area. Separate toilet. On the second floor, the third bedroom has an attic but is very functional: a double bed and a single bed, as well as toys for Kids. The Holiday cottage is semi-detached from Jean-Marc's house, but completely independent, with a private terrace in front and a 600m² garden overlooking the valley.
