Welcome to La ferme des hirondelles, a lovely riverside property in a charming little village in the Eure valley. You'll be staying in the elegant maison de maître, which opens out onto the garden, perfect for a true moment of rejuvenation in the countryside. You'll love the generous rooms, marble fireplaces (just for decoration), parquet flooring and large antique cupboards, the beautiful staircase, all of which add to the charm of these late 19th-century houses. Michel has converted it into a truly convivial vacation home, with your comfort in mind, with a large, cosy living room, a top-notch kitchen ready for your vacation recipes, relaxation areas in the garden, on the wooden terrace, on the hammock side or under the outbuilding, and leisure activities with inspiration for all: plenty of games, toys and books in a dedicated area in the living room, ping-pong, badminton, table soccer, darts, or simply ball games or hide-and-seek in the garden, a visit to the chickens, grilling around the brazier. Ground floor: entrance hatch after 2 steps, entrance hall with storage space, large, bright living room with cosy lounge, leisure area with games table and chest full of games and toys and comfortable dining area (decorative fireplaces); open-plan kitchen. WC. FIRST FLOOR: 3 bedrooms with parquet flooring, cupboards and garden views: 2 offer double and single beds, the third a double bed. Bathroom with toilet and 2 washbasins. The house is set in a 1500 m² garden with parking, lawn, wooden terrace covered in fine weather, dining area under an outbuilding and above, a room perfect for playing table soccer. Ping-pong area. In the second garden, you can visit the chickens or go to the river at the far end; Michel does permaculture market gardening here (he passes by the Holiday cottage on his way to work). A village with shops and a fish farm.
