La Fanfanette welcomes you for a warm and friendly stay on the farm, where Françoise has tastefully fitted out a charming Holiday cottage on the first floor of her house. You're in the heart of a peaceful village in the Countryside, on a large property where the little ones will love visiting the farmyard, and the older ones can discover the collection of objects from yesteryear in the farmhouse. For sports enthusiasts, the greenway is less than 2 kilometers away: rollerblading, cycling, running... Why not follow it to Le Bec Hellouin, another charming village. As for leisure activities, there's a range of board games and a trunk full of toys for the little ones. Françoise also offers you free entry to the Piscine in Le Neubourg. For shopping, you'll find a grocery store and bakery 2.5 km away, and all the shops you could wish for in Le Neubourg 7 km away, with good little restaurants; not forgetting the big Wednesday market.

The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor, entered via a small balcony. The entrance opens onto a charming, spacious attic living room with kitchenette, dining area and a cosy sitting room with library and TV. The 2 bedrooms are also comfortable: the blue one with a double bed; the second with two single beds. Bathroom with toilet, towel heater, washing machine and storage space. Baby bed and high chair available. Just down the stairs, you'll find your own private, unenclosed garden of approx. 500 m², with terrace and outdoor furniture. In the garden, an old gypsy caravan has been converted into a Cabin, providing a great play area for the Kids; on the play side, you'll also find scooters, a baby bike, a tractor and a Kids bike. Pretty pond (unprotected).
