Ground floor: you enter the large living room with fireplace, a real lounge and dining room; next door is the kitchen, a large shower room with spacious Italian shower, separate wc and a boiler room. ON THE FIRST FLOOR, 3 bedrooms: the green with double bed and cot, the "Jouy" with a 130x190 bed and a double bed, and the red with 2 double beds; bathroom with toilet. The large 8,000 m² garden is just for you. You're between Bernay and Cormeilles, two charming, dynamic towns. Cerza Zoo 18km away.
