ON THE GROUND FLOOR: entrance to the living room, which opens onto the garden, with a comfortable lounge and dining area on one side, and a kitchen area on the other. Shower room with toilet. The staircase leads to the first floor, open onto the first floor, with its pretty, light-filled attic bedroom with exposed beams and double bed (180 cm). You'll enjoy a terrace with outdoor dining furniture, and your own private 800 m² garden on the large property where Michel, your host, lives; independent outdoor pedestrian access and car parking right in front on the street. Your pet is welcome if it respects the house cat. Table tennis and bicycles available (two for adults and one for Kids). Shared laundry service with the owner.
