The Côte de Cléry, a small, winding road that climbs up into the Forest, leads to the hamlet, just above the meandering Seine valley, the superb medieval Château Gaillard and Les Andelys, an adorable, dynamic little town on the banks of the river. At its heart, La Clérynette is a charming cocoon, an outbuilding converted into a veritable suite, ready to welcome you for a change of scenery and a chance to discover this magnificent little corner of Normandy. More than just a bed and breakfast, it offers a living space with lounge and kitchen, a terrace and a corner of the garden all to yourselves. You'll enjoy complete independence thanks to private access, but Yanilù and Jean-Christophe are on hand to give you the warmest of welcomes and advise you on the best places to stay in the area. You'll also enjoy a delicious breakfast, either indoors or on the terrace, and there's plenty of opportunity to explore the surrounding area, on foot via the GR2, which passes through the hamlet and runs alongside the Seine and its hills, or by bike (hire available on site) to Château Gaillard, a must-see, or the Renaissance château of Gaillon, for example.

The bedroom is in the annex: it comprises two rooms: the living room with a sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable bedroom with a 160x200 bed. Nice bathroom with toilet. In front of the outbuilding, a private terrace with table and chairs, and a garden area all to yourself under the large fir tree. Private parking with separate entrance. The GR 2 long-distance hiking trails pass through the hamlet. Good wifi connection.
