Agnès and Raphaël have designed this really nice vacation spot in a warm, modern loft spirit, cocooning and very comfortable, in "natural" tones; attentive to your well-being, they are full of great ideas: how about a nap in the fresh air in this suspended bed (accessible in summer), lulled by birdsong? Or, a little further on, a moment of conviviality in the shared forest space? You'll love the "inside-outside" feel of this studio, which opens onto a lovely wooden terrace and the forest through a large bay window.
Here you're between the pretty city of Evreux and the banks of the Iton, and the picturesque Eure valley, which you can explore on foot, by bike or by canoe. All in all, there's plenty of leisure activities, great places to buy farm produce and good restaurants, and plenty to enjoy! Your hosts will be happy to advise you.

The gîte is a spacious, single-storey, completely independent studio, organized around different areas: you enter into a well-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals, followed by a cosy living-dining area. This is a real sleeping area, with a large, comfortable 160x200 double bed and a large closet. Bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and window. Through a large bay window, the room opens onto the beautiful wooden terrace and the forest: furniture available for outdoor meals or relaxation. You'll enjoy an outdoor space and a piece of forest all to yourself around the gîte. TV with Netflix included and high-speed internet via WIFI or cable.
