In the immediate vicinity of the listed Varenne valley, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, and stroke the ponies and donkeys in the gîte's meadow. The Côte Fleurie is also just a stone's throw away. A €50 cleaning deposit is required on arrival.

GROUND FLOOR: kitchen opening onto living room, sitting room with double-hearth fireplace. FLOOR: bedroom (3 single beds), bedroom (1 double bed, 1 crib), bathroom, wc. Electric heating. Partially enclosed 3500 m² garden on the property, shared with the owners. Adult bikes, table tennis, pétanque, badminton, plancha. Washing machine available in a separate building (approx. 10 m from the gîte). Numerous activities close to the gîte: canoeing, practice golf, leisure complex (bowling, billiards, trampoline, table soccer), cinemas in Pont-Audemer... Commune subject to tourist tax.
