Margot has designed it so that your little and big breaks here are real moments of well-being for all: cocooning in the living room, conviviality in the fully-equipped kitchen around the preparation of tasty dishes, plunging into one of the house's libraries, board games or games for children, ... or, for the outdoors, lovely walks along the little paths around here, to the local markets, outdoor games and of course chatting with the ponies or goats next door, depending on the season. The gîte has a lot of character, with its exposed beams and antique furniture, trendy decor and contemporary comforts and equipment. The charming little town of Cormeilles, with its colorful half-timbered houses, is just a stone's throw away.

On the ground floor, a small entrance opens onto the spacious living room, with a cosy lounge on one side and the dining room on the other. The room opens widely onto the ornamental garden and grassland. The well-equipped kitchen with bar and stools also opens onto the garden. Separate toilet with washbasin near the entrance. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each with a view over the garden: 2 doubles, one with a 160x200 bed, and the third, with plenty of games and a library, with 2 single beds (90x200) and a crib. Beautiful, bright bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet. The large, enclosed garden of over 5,000 m² is in 2 parts: the front with the parking area, and the rear with the pergola, close to the pasture with the animals.
