Chickens, geese and sheep await you at Boulangerie d'Alphonse!

In the heart of a friendly little village, you'll be staying here in Alphonse's old bakery. Today, it's a vacation home where you'll feel right at home, with its real strong point: space! A large open-plan kitchen with its little sitting room in front of the wood-burning stove, a dining room with fireplace, a second, very cocooning TV lounge, a study... The little ones will love visiting the animals: chickens, geese and funny Suffolk sheep with their black legs and heads. Right next door, you'll find the village shops, as well as playgrounds for young and old alike: a great way to spend your stay without taking the car, as you'll also be spoilt for choice when it comes to walks: along the pretty Oison valley, towards the Seine or towards the forest of La Londe. Béatrice and Patrick will give you a warm welcome and tell you more about their region, where you'll find plenty to discover: the Seine, Eure and Risle valleys, Rouen and the nearby Moulin Amour.

Ground floor: entrance, living room with functional, well-equipped kitchen and cozy sitting area in front of the wood-burning stove, large dining room next door with fireplace, laundry room and separate toilet. ON THE FIRST FLOOR: you enter a bright, cocooning living room with TV, then the red bedroom on one side, with double bed 140x190. On the other, a real study and two communicating bedrooms: the first with a double bed 140x190, leading to the second, with two single beds 90x190; bright shower room with wc. You enter a large property on which you enjoy your own private space with terrace and furniture just in front of the Holiday cottage, with privacy screen. Shared garden with trees, approx. 2000 m² with play area, two scooters for Kids and badminton. Holiday cottage adjoins the owners' house. Complete baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, changing mat, potty, safety gate on stairs. Electric vehicle charging station 100 m away.
