La bergerie offers a high level of comfort and space, both indoors with its beautiful living room and large bedrooms, and outdoors, with its luminosity and quality materials, for a real sense of well-being. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, thanks to the softness of the colors, the presence of wood and terracotta floor tiles, well-chosen furniture and Catherine and Christian's thoughtful touches.
As far as the garden is concerned, the first thing you'll notice is the large covered terrace overlooking the countryside, where you can make the most of the fresh air. The large garden is lovely in all seasons and leads down to the river. Plenty of little paths all around, along the valley or to the woods, for lovely walks. For shopping, Beaumont-le-Roger is a nice little town just 4 km away.

On the ground floor, you enter the cosy living room with its terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams, featuring a sitting area in front of the fireplace, a comfortable dining area and a games corner. It opens onto the well-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the terrace with its garden furniture. Bathroom with separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: Yellow and green bedrooms, each with a double bed 140x190 and a single bed 90x190. Gray bedroom with double bed 140x190 and TV. Shower room with toilet. A large, unenclosed private garden of 3,000 m² opens onto the Countryside and the river, with unprotected access. Horses can be accommodated in enclosed pastures or paddocks. Three boxes are also available. The Holiday cottage is equipped with fiber.
